1. Overview
CC-PAIH51 is a high-density 16-channel single-ended HART analog input module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, upgraded high-performance version of CC-PAIH01. It only supports 4–20mA current signals from two-wire smart transmitters, all 16 channels are single-ended wiring design, equipped with transparent HART 7 pass-through to realize remote calibration, secondary variable reading and device predictive diagnosis. Matched IOTA bases: non-redundant CC-TAIX51 (6-inch), redundant CC-TAIX61 (12-inch). It adopts full channel isolation, built-in signal filter, hot-swap maintenance and G3 conformal coating, widely used in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and metallurgy large-scale smart transmitter centralized measurement scenarios.
